Reflow 1.7.8

This release includes minor feature updates and bug fixes.

Equipment

• Performance: Device pages have been optimized to handle larger sets of point cards
• New Option: Show JACE Name for Equipment - Under Graphics Settings > Additional Options; this switch, which to defaults to disabled, will show the display the name of the JACE/controller for the device in the title area of the device graphic page, next to Served and Served by. This name is derrived from the slotpath of the device's base ORD. The "Equipment JACE Depth" option can be used to select items deeper in the path structure - it defaults to 1 which will match the item directly preceeded by 'NiagaraNetwork/'.
• New Option: Hide Invalid Point Values - Located at Graphics Settings > Additional Options; when enabled, point cards will be hidden if the point reports a NaN (not a number) value
• Locked devices now create their own, independent templates when edited, this prevents these devices from being affected when points are removed from the main template

Histories

• Performance: The methods used to load lists of histories have been optimized which should result in shorter load times, especially on deployments with many histories
• Charts: date and time displays now follow facet formatting if specified
• New Option: User Cache - Under the Histories > Global Settings menu; when toggled on, Reflow will store bespoke History Cache files for each Niagara user instead of a single, master cache file
• New Option: Show Last Record - This switch, which to defaults to enabled to maintain previous behavior, will disable the display of last record data in the History Index list when turned off

Misc

• Floor Plans: Insert Equipment Labels Macro - running the macro causes a new prompt to appear that lets users choose how to link equipment labels to device pages. The label can be linked to the device under the global equipment URL/breadcrumb, or to the device as it exists in its associated building's equipment page using that URL/breadcrumb.
• Weather: dashboard cards and the navigation widget now support a configurable auto-refresh interval. The interval defaults to 5 minutes and can be adjusted per card or widget in their respective settings
• New Option: Midnight Refresh - Added new refresh at midnight to stop long-running dashboards from desyncing. This can be toggled on and off in Settings > Additional Options
• New Option: User Profiles - the Landing Page can now be restricted in profiles
• New Option: When in the config view, there is now a new option to disable the Preview by clicking the Preview button. This can be used to improve performance on larger sites when making changes in the config.

Bug Fixes

• Equipment
  • Optimized Niagara Expressions to allow them to work as intended
  • Point Cards now properly enforce max duration facets when running actions with durations; this was a display-only issue, and the override was still capped on the station side at max duration if a longer duration was entered in the fields in previous Reflow versions
• Floor Plans
  • Hyperlinking to States in Floor Plans now properly sets the currect state
• Alarms
  • Station queries in alarm pages no longer overlap if the initial request takes longer than expected
  • Alarm hyperlink behavior is now consistent between buttons and specific-cases no longer sometimes timeout when clicked
  • Alarm Consoles now properly show active alarms when viewing priorities
• Histories
  • Fetching real time histories now properly works when a remote station name includes the host station name
  • Histories being exported from subordinate stations now properly show up in all areas of Reflow
  • Exporting to a CSV now includes histories' unit facets
  • History Tables now follow station time zone
  • History subscriptions have been optimized to use less station resources while providing live updates to data
  • Disabling History Groups no longer causes requests to hang
  • Data is no longer pulled from archive providers when time ranges do not require it
• Misc
  • Multiple dashboard cards now properly cancel station requests on unload - i.e. when navigating away from the page they are on
  • Point cards now support BFormat in facets
  • Enum facets now support lexicons
  • Double-clicking Config Panel menu items no longer loads panels twice, which was addresses multiple edge-case problems throughout the Config UI
  • Licensing: component limits are properly maintained for unlimited licenses
  • Licensing: the JACE 9000 Host ID format now works with legacy JACE Pro licenses (sold from 2020-2022)
  • Licensing: automatic and manual license refresh routines have been moved to a separate task off the main thread
