Equipment Order Based on Lowest Runtime (kitControl Only)

Saw a post on another site where someone was asking how to do this using kitControl only. This is something I threw together.

Installation

Unzip the folder and drop it in your User Home somewhere. Through Workbench, navigate to it, copy and paste it.

Usage

Saw on another site someone ask how to enabled equipment based on runtime using only kitControl. I know there are about 1000 ways to do this, but this is what I came up with on the fly.
